Carpet Cleaning Premier Chem-Dry of NW Florida

Contacted Chem Dry in November and scheduled an 11/30 appointment. We moved all of our furniture and provided them our gate code and door code. 11/30 they called said all went well, carpets came out very clean and requested a CC for payment. We returned home in December to discover we had been scammed! Carpets had NOT been cleaned AT ALL. First I contacted AMEX and reported the fraud. Next I called Chem Dry to complain. William did not seem surprised, was not very apologetic and said he could only reschedule. We rescheduled for 12/26 and moved all of the furniture a second time. This time they no showed! I called again and William made more excuses. Beware of this scam clearly trying to take advantage of out of town owners.

Ruined our Avesta Dovetail white couch First time they came out, the technician left dirty marks which what appeared to be from their shoes or equipment, sent photos and they came back again a 2nd time - 2nd time...technician wore gloves that bled yellow coloring all onto the couch - $6,500 couch..... technician acknowledged his gloves leaked onto the couch and tried cleaning it again..- didn't work- used another Chem Dry franchise that spent 4+ hours trying to reverse the damage and they couldn't even do it(I believe we paid $800 for this visit). They suggested I file a claim with these guys since they have insurance for such purposes. When I reached out to them and sent them photos, they said they'd get back to me and that was over a month ago.

We just purchased this condo, and the previous owners had a cat. With the humidity in Florida I didn’t want the carpets very wet. Chem Dry was great, the carpets were dry in about 1-1/2 hours. The technician, Brandon was friendly and very professional. The stains came out and the condo smells great. Thank you, if need be I will gladly call you again.

We've used Chem-Dry twice now and we are pleased with their service. We had Brandon come out this time and he is an example of great customer service; he was punctual, friendly and did an amazing job. We will be using Chem-Dry of NW Florida in the future and plan to request Brandon by name.

I would highly recommend Premier Chem-Dry of NW FL!!! The gentleman that did the work for us was so professional. He arrived right on time and he went straight to work. He cleaned the carpet upstairs, an oriental rug downstairs, and all the downstairs which is Travertine tile. It doesn’t even look like the same stone tile! I am more than pleased and I will use them again for sure!
